Queen Praises Sense of Duty from Climate Youth in A Christmas Speech

In her Christmas speech, the British Queen Elizabeth II praised the commitment of the younger generations to the climate crisis.

The challenges that many people face today may be different from the ones my generation faced, but I bump into by how the younger generations show a similar sense of duty towards protecting our environment and our climate, “said the Queen.

During her speech, the queen emphasised that her family and her country had taken a bumpy route, but she also mentioned some beautiful moments, such as the birth of Archie, the son of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

However, the media had already pointed out yesterday that next to the Queen, there are pictures of the royal family, but that Harry and Meghan are missing.

According to royalty watchers, that is a sign that it is not colliding between the brothers Harry and William.

The duke and duchess of Sussex do not celebrate Christmas with the rest of the family in Britain, but in Canada, where Meghan has lived for seven years.
