Simyo Transfers Prepaid customers to 4G Connection. Simyo is performing an upgrade for Prepaid users, the provider announced on Monday.
Customers are transferred free of charge from a 3G to a 4G connection.
Prepaid customers are automatically transferred to 4G on KPN’s network from 7 May, Simyo addresses.
The upgrade is expected to be fully completed by the end of May.
These customers receive an e-mail with more information.
The speed increases with the switch to 4G.
With Simyo, 3G has a speed of 7 Mbit per second.
It is raised to a maximum of 256 Mbit per second.
Also, the internet will become more stable, and the range will also be better indoors.
Customers who have a phone that does not support 4G can continue to use the 3G network.
