Apple Presumably Presents New iPad At Its Own Event

Apple is holding its first product event of the year on Tuesday, in which the tech company is expected to show new iPads to the public.

Previous rumours spoke of introducing the tablets in March, but that would have been delayed due to the global chip shortage.

In addition to the iPads, a new version of the Apple Pencil may be on the market. With that pen, people can write on the iPad without having to use their finger.

There are also rumours that Apple would like to introduce a new iMac desktop computer. Just like several MacBook laptops, it will then receive a chip designed by Apple itself. Since last year, Apple has been busy providing all computers with its own chips instead of the Intel processors it used until then.

The new iMacs would also come on the market in different colours, just like iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches. Plus, that’s a nod to the 1998 iMac G3, the first new computer Apple introduced after founder Steve Jobs returned to the company in 1997.
