Nevertheless, according to the newspaper The Telegraph, top advisor Dominic Cummings is not prosecuted, because it was allegedly a minor offence.
Cummings has been at the centre of a political riot in his country for days. During the lockdown, he drove north with his sick wife and four-year-old child to get closer to his family in home isolation.
