Renée Zellweger went through a Dark and sad Period. It took a good pause far away from Hollywood to make Renée Zellweger feel good again.
The actress admitted that in an interview.
The 50-year-old Zellweger kept herself apart from the entertainment industry for 6 years,
because she didn’t take good care of herself and wanted to change that.
“I took a while to work on myself. I got some wrong advice and made some bad decisions myself,
so I experienced a dark period.
It was sad. I didn’t look because I neglected myself.
And I found myself so boring that I decided to change course and start doing other things.
To become an interesting person again, “says Renée.
She continues: “I don’t see it as a waste of time because I learned a lot from it and I needed it.
I had to learn to recognise different behaviour patterns within myself and understand the consequences.
It was very instructive.”
Zellweger will soon be seen as Judy Garland in the biopic Judy,
about the life of the American actress and singer.
