China reported fewer corona cases among travellers from abroad on Thursday, but a more significant increase in local infections, although these are minimal numbers.
These were the first infections in three weeks to be discovered in Beijing, according to the National Health Commission.
The number of new cases of contamination among Chinese who came from abroad dropped from 36 to 34 for the third consecutive day.
The country has introduced strict border controls, sharply restricts international air traffic and is banning foreigners.
The number of local infections rose by twelve to ten a day earlier. Three of these infections were in the capital.
The coronavirus outbreak started late last year in the Chinese city of Wuhan. In China, the virus has been reversing for some time while Europe and the US are now burdened.
