Elon Musk Ignores the Ban and Stands On A Conveyor Belt in the Tesla Factory. Carmaker Tesla has informed its California staff that employees can return to work.
The maker of electric cars thus contests a decision by the local authorities that Tesla’s large factory in Fremont should not be restarted due to the corona outbreak.
CEO Elon Musk said in a statement himself to stand on the assembly line. “If anyone is going to be arrested, they can arrest me.”
A lot has been said about the attitude of the local government in recent days.
Musk even threatened to relocate Tesla’s factory and California headquarters in Palo Alto to other US states if authorities did not change their minds.
The Tesla boss also announced a lawsuit against Alameda County, which includes Fremont.
